At Sudhamay Handcrafted Jewels, every piece is lovingly handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
Please allow 7–10 business days for us to process and prepare your order before dispatch. Each creation is made or finished by hand, ensuring the highest quality.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking details.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid any delivery delays.
🌿 Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in crafting and packing each jewellery piece. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at sudhamayhcj@gmail.com.

You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the package opening and the issue (damage or wrong product).

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we review your request and approve it, we’ll guide you through the return process and issue a coupon code (store credit) as per our refund policy.
💛 Refund Policy
Since each Sudhamay piece is handcrafted with care, we currently offer refunds in the form of a store credit only.
After your return is approved and the product is received back in its original condition, we will issue a coupon code equal to the product’s value.

The coupon code is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

It can be used only once for any purchase on our official website.

No cash refunds or credit card reversals will be provided.
We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us maintain the sustainability of our handcrafted process and support our local artisans.
✋ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, usually within 2 days of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please email us at sudhamayhcj@gmail.com with your order number.
Once the product has been shipped or customized, we are unable to cancel the order.
