🪷 1. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Since each Sudhamay piece is handcrafted with love, we usually take 7–10 business days to prepare your order before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
🎨 2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India, but we hope to expand internationally soon. Stay connected with us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!
💎 3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.
You must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving your package by contacting us at sudhamayhcj@gmail.com.
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage or wrong product.
Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
💌 4. How do I get a refund?
We currently offer store credit refunds in the form of a coupon code.
Once your return is approved and the product is received, you’ll receive a coupon code equal to the product value, valid for 1 year and usable only once on our website.

Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch, typically within 2 days of placing it.

Once the product has been shipped or customized, we’re unable to cancel the order.
